TERMS & CONDITIONS – MAMA CLEAN
1. Services Mama Clean provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services are limited to the scope discussed and quoted. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.
2. Bookings can be via phone, email or via message. By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
• If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed, pricing or service time may be adjusted. • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking value.
• If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the full service fee may apply.
5. Access to Property Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Mama Clean is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to lack of access.
6. Health & Safety Mama Clean reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or pose a risk to our cleaners. We do not clean hazardous materials, bodily fluids, mould, or pest infestations unless previously agreed.
7. Damage & Liability
• While every care is taken, Mama Clean is not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. Where reasonable, we will arrange a re-clean of the affected area. Refunds are at our discretion.
9. Insurance Mama Clean holds appropriate public liability insurance. Proof can be provided upon request.
10. Right to Refuse Service Mama Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour, or non-payment.
11. Privacy Personal information is used only for booking and service purposes and will not be shared except where required by law.
12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
13. Changes to Terms Mama Clean may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version applies to all bookings.
